Patrick Lee the Founder + President of Shorecrest Construction, first began working in Miami building the Four Seasons Brickell. After completing that project, he started Shorecrest Construction and continued to work with the Four Seasons and developer Millennium Partners. Through that experience Shorecrest gained great insight for building in operating hotels, and with several different facets of hospitality including restaurants, guestrooms and public areas, back of house areas, and terraces.

Beyond Craftsmanship became Shorecrest’s building standard, providing exceptional quality in their construction projects. Another aspect that Shorecrest’s team focuses on is customer service. They communicate clearly and often to clients, align projects with client branding, and focus on getting clients properties back to them as quickly as possible. Shorecrest’s most recent hotel project was Soho House on Miami Beach, where they renovated the common areas, the 2nd floor club and movie screening room, the penthouse, guest rooms, the ground floor restaurant, and the gym.

Shorecrest also has superior experience with building and renovating luxury homes. Shorecrest is currently working with Kobi Karp Architects, and ODP Architects for residential projects. One of Shorecrest’s iconic projects is Casa Bahia in Coconut Grove. The project conceptual design was developed by Bernard Zyscovich in collaboration with Catalina Echevarria and Alejandro Landes. Shorecrest Construction values being a trusted resource for the design community as the building component to their projects.
